The Adanchuli Rural Municipality is located in the southern part of the Humla district of Karnali province of Nepal. It is bounded on the east and north by Sarkegad rural municipality, on the west and south by Tajaket rural municipality. The previous two VDCs Shreenagar and Kalika are merged and formed the Adanchuli RM. There are six wards. According to the National Census 2068, the total population of this rural municipality is 7116 and its area is 150.61 sq. Km. The population density of this rural municipality is 47 persons per sq. Km. There is a rich and diverse ethnic identity with beautiful natural forests, biodiversity as well as a tourism business. The center of this village municipality is Shreenagar. Is in This rural municipality has been providing fast and quick service by emphasizing technology-friendly service. There are two health posts in this RM named Shreenagar and  Kalika Launthi .
