Thuli Bheri Municipality was established in 2017 (2073 BS) as a local government of Nepal. Thulibheri municipality office located in Juphal which is distance about 11 kilometer from district headquarter Dunai, Dolpa. Thuli Bheri Municipality was incorporated by including former four VDCs such as Dunai, Majhphal, Juphal, and Raha. The total area of this municipality is 421.34 square kilometers (162.68 sq mi). This municipality is divided into total 11 wards.Thulibheri Municipality lies in 2000 metre above sea level.
