At a Glance Tilagupha Municipality
Out of 9 municipalities of Kalikot district, Tilagupha municipality is one of the municipality of the district. The total area occupied by the municipality is 262.56 sq km. The municipality is divided into 11 wards. Jumla district including few parts of Mahawai RM lies in east while Khandachakra Municipality and Pachaljharana RM lies in the west. Similarly, Palata RM including Jumla district lies in north and Mahawai RM on south of the of the municipality. The municipality is named after it's famous cave found at the bank of flowing Tila river.
